It’s happened 3 times now since July on brand new car - even before I switched engine on !!!!!!!
Dealership knows but I don’t think they know what to do !
Going back to dealership plus report to head office.

Citroen C3 Aircross 2021 - Hi we had the same problem with screen going blank, then a loud bang which comes through the speakers - horrendous noise especially when you’re driving plus sat nav details are lost !!!!
Dealer asked us to operate a fault recording system every time we started the car - they needed 10 recordings to analyse it, which we did a few times but Citroen didn’t solve it.
In the end we swapped it for another new 2024 C3 Aircross but would you not believe it
