Just had main dealer service (oil change) on my 2020 c3 aircross £205, it now needs an extended warranty £300 has anyone took out a warranty with a third party company.
I feel with the wet belt issue Citroen have me over a barrel so i must have some sort of warranty.

How many miles has it done? My C3 had a limit of 64000 mile on the original belt. If yours is getting near that mileage, say 50,000 miles, it may be a better option to heve the belt changed before there is an issue. Mine was done under Citroen warranty, but I had 2 quotes from Citroen main dealers, one £519, the other £699. I'm not sure what the expected life of the latest belts are, but it is much longer than the originals.
