On my C5 Aircross I change the colour scheme by touching the geared icon on the top right corner of the main screen and choosing between blue, red or brown.
The layout of the drivers dash screen can be configured by rotating the thumb wheel on the left hand side of the steering wheel.

Looked everywhere, it seems mine doesn't have the option to change colours....not sure why that is.
I agree, it does seem odd.
I have read somewhere that this is a common practice though.
Apparently Citroen are known for launching top specification models with all singing & dancing gadgets at first launch,
but then subsequently increasing prices for, or even removing these options as the marque progresses. ???

This has happened for years. My first C4 Picasso Exclusive 2.0HDi had a screen with a choice of 5 colours. I later replaced it with a 2011 facelifted version of nominally the same spec on which the screen looked identical apart from there being no choice of colours, leaving the screen looking rather disappointing.
