Hi all,
Always found these forums very helpful. Just had my Citroen C5 Aircross 2019 have its 5 year service, all is well. I asked the Citroen Dealer if they could check a couple of bits and they were pretty unhelpful unfortunately.
1st Issue - Automatic Folding Wing Mirror:
Passenger side wing mirror when locking, will sometimes not close in. Is there a good thing to use like WD40 to perhaps help if its getting stuck, or is this more serious? It tends to happen when its colder/wetter weather. When sunny/dry its generally fine.
2nd Issue - Door Handle Touch Lock:
My doors have a unlock sensor on the handle, these work fine. There is a thumb sensor on the front of the handle which also locks. This is a very useful feature. It works fine on the drivers side, but passenger side it does not lock with the thumb sensor. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I may be able to fix this? I am happy to try and take apart if anyone has instructions.
Many thanks in advance if anyone can help me with either issue.
Kind regards,
Sam

If you want to lubricate the mirror, WD40 isn't the best. You need some PTFE lubricant spray.
Mirror.
WD40 is as the two letters suggest a WATER DISPERSANT. It was developed for the US space program in the 60s.
It works but as it ages it produces a gum like substance as it attracts dust etc. Do not use.
A silicone spray will drive out the moisture and lubricate the surfaces.
Door lock it would suggest a possible sensor problem in the handle or a wire problem

Thanks @routemaster1 & @Beanee3, I will get some PTFE Lubricant and see if that helps.
Does anyone have any documentation or guidance on how to check the wires/sensor for the door lock on the passenger side? I am quite handy, but I don't want to go in completely blind if anyone has suggestions.

There's nothing to check apart from the door aperture wiring. Check here for breaks, but internal to the door there's nothing you can do - it will be either the handle which contains the sensor or the Hands Free ECU if not a wiring issue.
Just make sure you have cleaned the door handle carefully, both behind the handle and the front - but don't use any chemicals - just mild car shampoo and avoid using pressure washers too close or aimed directly at the door handles ....
