Timing belt change 1.2 Petrol

My car is a 1.2 110bhp petrol C3. Same petrol engine as in c3 Aircross and probably c5 Aircross. My belt is due for a cambelt change in about 1500 milis, and it is due a service inearly February. As it is a wet belt it means that the oil will have to be drained and new oil used when the belt is changed. It seems a waste to put new oil in with the cambelt, then change it again 6 weeks later for service. I suggested if the two were done at the same time a whole sump of would be saved and a price reduction could be made. But the answer was a strict no. Not happy about that. So I asked about the price of the belt change, which was an eye-watering £699. So I went to a second Citroen agent, who quoted me £519. Looks like I've saved myself more than a sumpfull of oil!
