Vibration sound on brake pedal at 800-900 engine idle rpm

Hi all,

My car is 2023 1.5 blue hdi. There is a vibration sound on brake pedal, if I touch the pedal, it is stopping. It occurs almost everyday except when I go to car service

I still couldn't find any solution. The sound is also audible at low speeds.

Is this when applying the brakes or just resting foot on the pedal.
If braking then possible pads are wore down or the disc has rust lip on edge.
