Is there anywhere to see release notes or a change log between firmware versions?
I'm just curious to know what changes from version to version.

Thanks @Ries
Does anyone know where to get the software to do the update? My app emailed me the link for downloading the tool for Mac, but the link just returns a server not found.

Hi, Just go to the Citroen web site on a Windows PC and download the "Citroen Update" program.

On this Peugeot forum in the Netherlands there is a very good description how to handle the update with documentation and Firmware/maps URL's also in English for the NAC system

My advice - don't use a MAC! It's asking for problems. Try and use a Windows PC. There will be MAC system files left on the USB that can cause the update to fail.

2022 - C5 Aircross Black Edition
Hi BlackEdition.
If you're referring to the screen and maps then firstly I suggest downloading and installing the "Citroen Update" programme from the Citroen website to a Computer.
Once installed on the PC open the programme and you'll be asked to insert your vehicles VIN number.
The programme will show which newest updates are available for your vehicle and the steps to take.
Be aware beforehand that you'll need at least a 32GB memory stick and a fairly good broadband connection.
The programme will firstly download the updates to a temporary folder and tell you when it is ready for the next step. This can take some time so be patient..
Next you will be asked to insert your memory stick and the programme will format the entire thing and then start to copy files across to the formatted stick.
The programme will advise when it's finished and when its safe to remove the stick.
Take the stick to the car and start the engine. Do not turn the engine off until the whole process is finished. Insert the stick into the USB socket and the screen will respond and take you through the rest of the process. It is at this stage (in the car) that you'll be able to choose which maps to install.
I would suggest you update both the screen software and the maps at the same time, one after the other in the same instance.
Again be prepared to sit in the car for a good while.. maybe even an hour!
