C5 Aircross sunscreen mesh

Having looked on the forum I see that there is an inherent problem with the C5 sunroof. I purchased my C5 Aircross November 23 and after some heavy rain in Dec/Jan I noticed that there was a substantial amount of water in the passenger footwell. I spoke to the Citroen dealer from where I had purchased it and they fixed the issue under warranty. My question is could somebody tell me if the bug screen mesh that pops up when you open the sunroof should get wet at all. As this morning I found a couple of drops of water in the passenger footwell and when I opened the sunroof the bug screen had signs of moisture on the left hand side. Thanks in advance.

Read this thread......it's all about the sunroof and should be near the same issue you have and what the solution was.

Thanks for pointing me in this direction, it would appear that the head liner is damp in two places just above the windscreen pillar and along side the operating console for the sunroof, on the nearside. As the dealer I purchased the car from repaired the previous leak I think my 1st port of call will them as the repair is still under warranty. But I do appreciate your response.
