My car is 2nd hand car and it is 2021 version. Should it have free maps for life ?Juan Sheet wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2024 12:53 pmIt depends when you bought your Aircross. It used to be free maps for life, but I believe newer vehicles now have a limited free period, then you have to subscribe. It's all changed now as they are trying to grab your cash. To be honest, they're pretty useless in any case, I'd use a map provider using CarPlay or Android Auto - much cheaper, free in many cases and updated plenty of times throughout the year.Krislab wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2024 11:17 am Hi,I've recently bought c5 aircross hybrid and updated system and maps.Because i live in Northern Ireland I've selected only Ireland and United Kingdom. Now i can't use nav, does it need some activation or something? Before that i had working nav but opd maps.I thought that maps are for free and you have to pay for extra service.
