Map and software updates

Hi all.
There have been several requests on how to update car software and the sat nav system.
To do this you need the 'Citroen Update' tool (App) on a laptop
You can get it at the following location.
https://www.citroen.co.uk/buy/map-update.html

On the page that appears enter your VIN number and click validate
A link to the CITROEN UPDATE software appears.
Follow the instructions.
You need a USB3 32GB stick to do this.

Hi I have got a 2019 c5 Aircross and I bought it a couple of weeks ago and I downloaded the app and all that now the app says there is a touch screen update so I have followed everything on what to do and I put the stick in the car but all I get is download is not compatible I phoned Citroen and they want £130+ to do it is there anything I can do please

Hi, did you use a 32GB USB3 stick.
