Decided its time to sell my C5 PHEV after only 19months. Not ideal and I knew financially it would be bad news.
Car hasn't worked out as I hoped.
Comfort was my main requirement and yes it is comfortable, but I have a bad back and there is insufficient support in the seats. Plus the ride is too wallowy for the dog! And yes I did a long test drive but ....
Combined with the number of issues and faults too numerous to list it had to go.
Much of the technology was faulty and way behind compared to cars of the same era, system/map updates for example requiring a fast broadband (I wish) and not using over the air technology.
Citroen Customer service were poor when issues arose and the dealership were not particularly good, always following the company line.
I am getting another PHEV but an estate car this time from a company/dealership who I have had good experiences in the past.
