Extending Connected services - Promo code?

Hi,
the connected services subscription on my recently bought C5 Aircross is due to expire in November.
On my previous vehicle, a C3 Aircross, I was given a Promo code to use when extending (May 2024)
Strangely, on my Invoice this was stated as "Promo Black Friday Annual" even though I used it in May! - (I cannot remenber the actual code I was given to use)
Does anyone out there have a current Promo Code that works?
Will Stellantis be offering a black friday promo offer in November?

I was sent a promo code by Citroen for my car, including the VIN number, but it expired on September 30th before my subscription coiuld be renewed.
Was C5 Aircross PureTech 130 S&S Flair, Tijuca Blue/Black Roof, Metropolitan Grey ambience
Now C5 Aircross Pureteh EAT8 S/S Shine+ Cumulus Grey/Black Roof, Metropolitan Grey ambience

thanks for that info - was It just an unsolicited email from Citroen ?
Not really sure why you couldn't use the code before it expired? - as far as I know you can extend the subscription at any time before the expiry date and it just rolls on at the end of the current one.
How do you know the promo code has expired?
The one that I used previously with my C3 was a 2023 black friday promo code that still worked in May 2024!

I am a registered owner, and service subscriber, so it was sent to me as such.

You cannot extend a subscription online, until the point at which the current subscription has expired. I was told this after contacting Citroen Customer Service, and it is true. After my current service had expired, I was able to renew, but the code I was given in their August email was 'no longer valid'. The email said it was valid until August 30th, which was before the 29th September when my subscription expired.

Hi again, and thanks for the update.
I think you've been given some duff info by Citroen Customer services with regard to not being able to extend until your current subscription expires.
I could extend my current subscription to day If I wanted to do so, and I have extended the service whilst current on a previously owned citroen - see screenshot.
I would contact them about this - they have cost you money with your extended subscription by giving you incorrect information.
The only reason I have not yet extended my service that expires next month is that I am trying to see if Citroen either offer me a promo discount or they have a black friday promo code offer availabl next month.

PS - you are also able to extend the service prior to expiry via the MY Citroen app

Hi again srperry -
I forgot to add that when I extended my service on my previous Citroen earlier this year I did so two months in advance to take advantage of the promo code and my card wasn't debited until the start date of the extended service.
Very good customer service from Citroen/Stellantis .๐Ÿ‘

The screen I got when I went to the services page you show above clearly stated that no services were available suitable for my car. I didn't get the screen you got. That's when I called Citroen and they told me I would be able to extend once the service had expired. I was also unable to extend it in the MyCitroen app, until the current subscription had expired. In fact, I used the app to extend it once I was able to.

Very Strange!
As I said, I have used the extend function on more than one occaision during the past year.

Quick update,
just renewed my connected services via citroen website - 25% discount promo code was available when I logged on.
Don't know if this was a black friday promo or if it was due to my service expiring in 17 days?
