Returned to car in airport car park to a puncture, fitted spare tyre returned home with tyre pressure warning.
Had new tyre fitted double checked all tyres and reset tyre pressure system, since then numerous faults, spanner,a.b.s, tyre pressures, clutch exceding temperature, anti slip to name a few.
Tried a obd meter but no faults found most probably since a Citroen specific diagnostic system.
Contacted Citroen since car is under extended warranty they said it sounds like something was damaged on tyre change i will have to pay £110 for diagnostic check then claim for damaged part on warranty.
I questioned how they would know how an item failed to blame the tyre change as a cause ?
Anyway car in garage on monday

Ok so I've had this and it's basically one of the wheel speed sensors. When one goes faulty it causes the ESP system to cut several features like speed limiter / cruise control. Further, it thinks you are riding the clutch so you'll get nag messages about the clutch temperature because of the wheel speed anomalies.
You may also find that the engine cooling fan is constantly on - which it can do to cool the clutch down!
If you have warranty, they initially charge you for the diagnostic, but this should be a quick simple diagnostic to identify which wheel speed sensor it is. They should not charge you for this as basic diagnostics are included - they only charge when there is exceptional time spent on this, but otherwise if you check your warranty booklet you will see 'reasonable' diagnostic charges are covered.

The speed sensors are on each wheel and are very sensitive to knocks.
The front and rear hub assemblies incorporate radial magnetic rings. The wheel speed sensors are positioned in such a way as to read the alternating North an South poles of the ring as the wheels rotate.
'a' is the magnetic target and 'b' is the detecting cell inside the wheel speed sensor (1)
This provides the ESP system with the vehicle speed data which is used for a multitude of other systems too.
These can be susceptible to knocks which is why they should never be banged or subject to magnetic interference.
They can be damaged by pot holes or a careless mechanic if it gets knocked.
If you have warranty, this will be covered - I had mine done under warranty (and no diagnostic charge.

Well i have had a week of the alarm sounding and warning flashing on screen every 10 seconds driving me crazy plus heater on full & engine fan continuously on so i took car back to garage that fitted tyre they did a diagnostic check with a snap on scanner they found fault to be on a different wheel to tyre i had puncture (fault code 031 front left). Coincidence ?.
Thankfully with Citroen monday.

Yes, it's a bit annoying to say the least! Maybe there's a batch of faulty ones ...
