C3 aircross engine oil to use? Timing belt

As most people on here know there is a timing belt issue with these cars, out got replaced at start of this year mechanic mentioned to us that it needs specific engine oil does anybody know this??
We had this all done in January and engine oil lights on

You are not meant to use generic Halfords oil etc?

Of course engine oil is specific to the vehicle and engine and version.

You haven't mentioned what vehicle this is? Petrol / diesel what engine 1.2 EB2****, 1.5 DV5, 1.6 DV6??? Better still if you want the correct grade AND specification you'll need to provide the last 8 alpha numeric from your VIN.

Apologies for intruding but I have searched the handbook and cannot find the oil spec for my vehicle. I have also searched on-line and found (even for the same year of my vehicle) differing results!
What please is the correct oil specification for my 2021 C3 Aircross automatic - Vin VF72RHNS1M4298754.

Hi, your vehicle requires explicitly 0W20 grade oil that meets PSA specification B71 2010.

It's a 1.2 petrol c3. . Stupid question how do I locate VIN number??

The VIN is found from outside the car on the bottom nearside corner of the windscreen - it's als shown in your certificate of registration if you are in the UK.

Hello, can someone tell me how many thousand kilometers I should change the timing belt on a Citroen C3 aircross - VIN VF72RHMZBJ4124423. I'm confused and don't know what's right. Thanks for the answers.
