C5 aircross c series centre console replacement

Centre console is being replaced under warranty by citroen as was damaged ( small tear of leather).
Does anyone know if its a big job in removing and replacing console. Part was on back order but is now with dealer. Being fitted in a month time ,earliest they could book me in . Dealer says it's going to take all day to remove and replace, just interested how complicated it is to replace.
It's an auto with etoggle selector.

I'd be interested to know to. My reverse gear cable must have disconnected to the gear lever button or the cable snapped at 18000 miles as the button just slides up and down now and I can't engage reverse. Would have just fixed it in my other cars but no idea how the console comes apart to look under the gear lever?
