IIRC they say to use a 3.0 32GB flash drive.

I tried it. No use. I am not happy with my car. I’m selling it immediately. 😒

I posted this query a long time ago and had lots of people telling me to switch off the auto stop start but as you found this doesn't exist on the PHEV. The instructions say to keep the engine running but it is wrong. My thoughts were the car never cuts out in electric mode like the ICE does provided it is ready to drive. Juan finally found a document that confirms this. Just make sure the battery is fully charged before you start the update. Sorry I didn't see your query earlier.

Hi to everyone.
I am a happily owner of a Cactus '19. I have read the forum and I have tried to update my system following the instructions from Mycitroen App.
I have tried 2 USB sticks with no luck , "Version not compatible with the hardware".
My current version is "31.09.46.62_NAC-r0" , it;s too old and I believe never upgraded (I am the second owner).

Should I keep trying with diferent USB sticks or I have to upgrade to an older version and then to the newer?

Recently got car and like others see infotainment update available.
Have gone through the process of installing on 32 GB usb3 drive 3 times on different flash drives, all then show identical files, licence etc but like everyone else I get the dreaded incomparable message.
This is my first Citroen in 30 years and I am not impressed.
Went to my Newport Stella this dealership and the best they offered me was a new system and a bill for £1300.
Help.

I’m having the same issues, my Citroen garage has raised a ticket with Citroen technical as obviously they experienced the same error with the update. As others have said the files certificate has expired in November 2024. Hopefully they act on the ticket but I don’t have much confidence in them doing so.

The issue is with the update files. The certificate expired in November 2024 so won’t install until Citroen sort that out unfortunately. I’m having the same issues with mine, my main dealer has raised it with Citroen technical so hopefully they will look at it.
