Dose anyone have a link for the newest update 44.07.33.32_NAC-r0? I was able only to download the Cartography 16.0.0-r0.
Does anyone know what this updates/fixes/adds? The Citroen app just says there is an update, never any description of what is updated etc.

Anyone done this successfully yet, and everything works ok?

? You don't have a NAC system! You have RD6 radio and no Sat Nav unless you have changed factory equipment in which case I can't help you.

They don't specify the fixes (besides it would probably be too embarrassing) and haven't supplied changelogs for years now.

Thanks. So has anyone noticed anything different? Is it better in anyway and worth doing?

Obviously the map updates speak for themselves, I'm not too bothered as use Android Auto, but wonder on the touchscreen software.

I finally got the display and the maps updated to the latest version on my C4 Cactus '20. It was an ordeal, as none of the tips I found were successful as is on a Mac. What did it for me was to:

- Download and install "Citroen_Update.dmg" from earlier this thread. (Citroen's own link didn't work.)
- Use the Citroen Update to create the firmware update USB stick, but do not include the map update. It has to be done separately.
- Repeat the firmware update until there's no newer version available.
- When the firmware is up to date, use Citroen Update to make a map update USB stick.
- For the map update, follow this guide on the previous page to remove hidden files in ALL folders on the USB stick.

Citroen Update can't use packages downloaded manually, so be sure to be able to wait for the whole download and USB stick upload when using the app. For me it was around 3-4 hours in total. Likewise, set your air conditioning to suitable levels and prepare for a full hour long drive (or engine on) when doing each update.

I should also mention that while my car had never been updated, I didn't find any specific improvements or changes in the firmware in regular use. I still want them to be up to date though.

Good luck!

I installed the update, nothing visibly changed. However, we can now play games in the car. Three for now, but more to come!

I reread the 20 pages but I can't find my answer

I downloaded the Wave 3 firmware file 42.03.33.42_NAC-r0
followed the procedure with several different USB keys but I still get the same message "incompatible hardware" or something like that.

could you help me please? the vin is VR3EFYHZRKN554981

I concur with Spark above, it now offers games like Tic-tac-toe and hangman to play. Can't see that keeping kids happy for long. I tried to update touchscreen and maps yesterday. Stupidly after installing the touchscreen software it goes on about these games and also tries to tell you about whats new in tiny script. Unfortunately in my case this was written over the map update text, I pressed a key to "Know More" and it took me into the WiFi settings and seemed to lose what it was doing regarding the updates. I had no idea either. I pulled the USB, a silly mistake as it then showed an error message. Luckily tried the update again today, it reinstalled the touchscreen software, and then the map without issue. It would have been better to tell us on the app say what has changed rather than trying to do it in the middle of an update on the cars touchscreen.
