The puretech engine as originally used was supposed to be 125,000 service or 10 years and 0W-20 oil Now PSA/ Stallantis have had such a hard time over it they have reduced it across the board to 65,000 miles or 6 years and it has to be serviced annually , if not your on your own! For your own sanity...

At 1 year old it's still under waranty, straight to a Citroen main dealer! There are some good ones out there!

Don't know if this helps as I don't have automatic box on Citroen BUT (and its a big but) on my MB you can make it drop into a higher gear by flicking the + on the paddles. normally it won't do 7th gear until 50mph but you can make it change up into 7th as low as 45mph (it also works for all the oth...

2 things here. 1. Firmware 2. Maps Firmware is an irregular update to give the infotainment new or at least improving some of the functions, in truth not always noticeable. On the Cactus forum this has been covered a fair bit. It seems to be a known but still not sorted issue. Changing the spark plugs specification was supposed to be a cure. I remain to be convinced. Probably best built car I ever had was a Vauxhall Omega MV6. German built rebadged Opel.
