Just got a 2020 C3 Aircross 1.5hdi , mid specs I think, as dealership doesn’t reveal how it was originally purchased.
Can I install an original oem reverse camera, as it has only reverse sensors, or i will have to install a harness all the way to the display unit ?

That alone won't work.
The system is integrated into the specific wiring harness and also requires the correct compatible Head Unit and screen to operate as well as the requisite programming and the correct Parking assistance ECU.
About £182 for the camera pack
About £60 for the harness
3 Hours labour to wire into fuse box and programme for the camera alone. So about £700 minimum for everything assuming you already have rear parking sensors and an RCC or NAC screen fitted.
