For me, the map updates download fine (all 30Gb of it) - but the touchscreen update always generates an error.

This is for a C5 Aircross (2020) and I've tried on three different devices (and two different Internet connections).

If anyone has direct download links, that would be great!

Guys - for direct links, I need your VIN. Reason being there are 4 versions of NAC head unit alone and each has different hardware, so requires for the most part different software files. I can only determine which is correct from your VIN. Provide that and I can provide the links for you.

Your VIN is on public display as it's on the windscreen of all PSA vehicles like other cars (usually in the lower left hand corner cut-out), so nothing to worry about as it only relates to the vehicle build, model, engine etc. nothing personal.

I have a 2019 C5 Aircross with last 8 digits of vin = KL025883, Touchscreen update is fine but maps 15 gives an error "Update map-eur has failed". Would you have the direct links for the update please?

Hello, I am new to the forum and I don't seem to be able to send PM.
I have contacted Citroën to tell them the "Citroën update" app doesn't seem to be able to connect to the backend servers. This seem quite incredible but here we are.
The last 8 digits of the vehicle VIN are.
C5 AC 2019 - JL089086
It does look like both firmware and map need updating.
I have a 128GB USB stick, do I format it exFAT in Windows?
