That's no good for anything other than SAFETY recalls and will be useless for any After-sales campaigns recorded against your vehicle. Customers who choose to have their vehicles serviced by Citroen would automatically be notified of these and they would contact the customer about them. If you choose to have your vehicle serviced elsewhere, then of course the dealer won't have any contact details for you and the independent won't have access to the data, so you'll never know.

'After-Sales campaigns can involve things from replacement of injectors, timing belts, structural and other work, trim replacement, to software updates to resolve issues, replacement of Head Units etc. etc., so they are not minor things, but may not warrant an actual 'Recall'.

That's why I said you can check with your dealer for anything other than a safety recall, and for that, you can use the website for.
